The notion has been that we move at the speed of thought, now the ask is for us to iterate at that same pace. The past 18 months have presented challenges, exposed areas for growth, and offered us the opportunity for continuous improvement. We have seen technologies get accelerated and shift to meet different needs. In this session we will discuss: ensuring we do not lose what is core to our teams in moments of uncertainty, utilizing resources, technology and tools as a means to provide alignment, understanding what worked and did not work, building an essential framework and logistics as a foundation, and recognizing curiosity and anticipation as a strategy. We will review practices that can be applied to everyday situations that span from an urgent need to significant changes in a moment for a team, organization, or the communities we serve.
